Meet Randy McFarland. Randy has been a client of TMC Coaching for 2 years. Randy's connection with TMC Coaching started in 2020 during the pandemic. Like most leaders during this time, Randy was struggling with the changes caused by Covid-19. Randy made the decision to reach out to TMC Coaching for training and team development services. From that point, Randy began to see a transformation in both personal and professional growth, not only for himself, but also for his leadership staff. Once Randy had overcome the challenges for his team as the Executive Director, he began to consider his next step. Randy would go from transformation to transition as he assumed a new role at a different company. With the help of TMC Coaching, Randy was able to set plans in motion to pave the way for his replacement. But, this is not where Randy's journey for personal growth ends. Randy has continued working with TMC Coaching, facing new challenges, applying what he has learned, and leading in his new job role. Already, Randy has gained many wins.

Meet Carrie Riddle. Carrie has been receiving coaching from TMC for over a year. Carrie's biggest takeaway from TMC Coaching has been the ability to feel comfortable in her own skin, and not to worry about what other people think about her. Since receiving coaching from TMC, Carrie feels she is learning to find value in herself and how she can add value to others. Meet Sherry. Sherry works at the Taco Casa of Calera as the General Manager. Sherry started her Personal Growth Journey with TMC Coaching a year ago.
To Sherry, her greatest lesson from TMC Coaching has been using the word "Learn instead of Loss". Sherry has gained the confidence in her own abilities to take on anything she sets her mind to. Brett
Meet Brett Heath. Brett is the Assistant Pastor of Liberty Baptist Church in Springer, OK. He has been receiving coaching through TMC Coaching since Autumn, 2020. But, his dream did not happen without hard-work, showing-up daily, putting in the reps, perseverance, and faith. At one point, Brett was scheduling two and even three appointments with TMC Coaching each week in order to gain clarity, confidence, and direction!
Brett claims that since leveraging the services of TMC Coaching, he now recognizes his own value and has learned patience, as well as understanding toward his wife and other people. Brett says his biggest lesson over the course of his growth journey has been that "a change in mindset and attitude makes a huge difference in seeing the fruit of personal growth."
